
Lisa is married and has two daughters who are athletes and all are active in the Troy community. She brings her passion for fitness and her love for the community to CORE Sports Fitness. Lisa will continue building on the great tradition of athlete training at CORE as well as expanding to access to the broader community.

A.J. is studying Health science with an exercise science concentration at Oakland University and is certified in personal training by The National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is experienced in training people of all ages and fitness levels.
A.J. also brings his experience as a lacrosse and a cross country Student trainer at Bloomfield Hills Lahser High School here to CORE. He also has experience in other team sports including football, baseball, swimming, track, and downhill skiing which he applies here when working with athletes to improve their skills, technique and fitness levels.

Natalie is a graduate of Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Clinical Exercise Science. Over the past 3 years she’s been working as a Strength and Conditioning Coach in Grand Rapids, MI, where she worked with hockey players at all levels (Pro, College, Junior, AAA, High School, and Youth), summer hockey camps with Detroit Red Wings Assistant Coaches, all sport teams at a local high school, and special population clients. She is a former soccer player and athlete of CORE who grew up in the area.
Natalie has her Level 4 USA Hockey Coaching Certificate and is in the process of getting her CSCS through the NSCA.

At Michigan Sports & Spine Centers Dr. Pierce specializes in a comprehensive treatment program for spine and musculoskeletal/joint injuries including sports & occupational problems. His extensive training as a PMR physician has enhanced his ability to evaluate and create individualized, injury-specific rehabilitation programs. He has created through research and clinical experience, an aggressive, non-surgical comprehensive spine care program.Dr. Pierce is currently the team physician for college teams and consults for many professional teams and athletes. Known throughout the entertainment community as “Doc Rock,” Dr. Pierce has extensive experience treating entertainers who perform at local venues.
The founder of Athletes Unlimited, a non-profit organization for the support and development of athletes with physical challenges, Dr. Pierce helps spread awareness to the community and promotes his belief that hat no active individual should be restricted by any boundary. He also volunteers his services as a physician for a number of organizations and serves on the Governor’s Council on Physical Fitness, Health and Sports where he leads the task force designated to create the prescription for fitness for the State of Michigan. Dr. Pierce is also currently consulting with medical corporations and local Accountable Care Organizations to help make practices more efficient and to create centers of excellence in sports medicine, therapy, training, and performance wellness.
