Cardio Fit Ball
This is a great cardio and strength workout using the fitness ball. It is a fun and challenging class for all fitness levels. You will also be working your core throughout the entire class.
Tabata
A Tabata is an interval training program designed by doing 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds of recovery in 4 minute sets. Through a variety of simple, yet moderate to intense exercises, each class will blast the calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time. High-intensity intervals are a great way to burn fat, strengthen your total body, and get a cardio workout all in one. Each exercise is done at your fitness level. Whether your goal is muscle tone, weight loss, or both, this class will provide what you are looking for!
Core Training
Increase your overall strength, agility and stability by focusing on the core muscles. This is a great class for both athletes and non athletes.
Personal Training
Get personalized training for quick results, motivation and nutritional input from your Trainer.
Pilates
Strengthen your core muscles – abdomen and back using stretching, lengthening and balance. Improve flexibility, strength and posture.
Sports Conditioning
This is the perfect class to help you improve on the skills you need for your individual sport. Whether you are a hockey player, runner, baseball player, cheerleader or an athlete in any other sport, you will improve upon your skills in this class. You will work on speed, agility, flexibility, strength, balance and sports specific training. This class will also help reduce the risk of joint and tendon injuries, enhance posture and body awareness and improve confidence and work ethic.
Step Aerobics
High energy class which involves stepping on and off a platform using basic step combinations for maximum cardiovascular conditioning.

Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.

If you and 2+ other people you know want a specific class and time not listed, we can create one for you. You must call ahead to reserve a spot for any class with an * next to it.
