Myth Buster!

We keep hearing conversations about exercise and weight loss and the misconception that muscle weighs more than fat. A pound is a pound, but muscle is more dense than fat. A pound of fat, takes up more space than a pound of muscle. If you lose 5 pounds of fat and put on five pounds of muscle, you will weigh the same but you will be noticeably smaller.
